Easter Pear-cranberry turnover

Star fruit jello with golden raisin

Perfect for hot summer day. Refreshing!

Gelatin
Water
Lime juice
Green food colour
Star fruits
Golden raisin

Thumbprint cookies

Jam
Flour 3 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Coconut flakes 1 cup
Butter 3 sticks

Creamed sugar and butter till soft and fluffy then add flour just to mix.

Chill the mix for 30 mins. Make egg wash and dip the cookie into the egg wash then into the coconut. Make a thumbprint in the middle of each cookie. Spoon jam on top of the cookie. ( Here I use my previous homemade grapple jam and marmalade)

Bake at 170 degree C for 20-25 mins.

Grapple jam!

1 Bunch grapes
1 apple
6 TBSP sugar

Simmer everything in one pot on low heat until you got consistency of jam. Strain thru a sieve. Then you got Grapple jam!
